Worst service again

@ChickenLickenSA I must say this is the second time I've been treated as stupid person @ one of your restaurants. Last time it was nelspruit the Grove. This time around its nelspruit plaza. The cashier was unable to use my incentive card,she blatantly told me this cards annoy her. To make things worse she ask me in a rude way what bank is this card. I asked her what's the error u getting. She just kept quite and she was busy struggling, I asked for my card back i produced another card which by this time a male employee helped her.How can your employee tell your customers that such cards are annoying, really this is totally rude. Please educate your employees with the different card's that are available. Cashier name: Precina
