Worst service!!

My boss asked to phone Chicken Licken and place an order for delivery which was done at about 3pm. At about 3:30 pm he asked me to follow up on the order as 2x soulsister meals can't take this long. Upon phoning to follow up Charmaine answers the phone and once I ask about our order she gets this sarcastic tone in her voice and drags out the words eg. "Order is on its way oookaaayyy" "Hoooor jyyyyy". Please note that this will be the last time we order from you as this was not the first time she had done this. Date 7 December 2017 time: 15:07:26.. Order nr: 1230!!
