Worst experience.

I ordered food using MrD on the 2nd of June from Chicken Licken Alex mall. Due to the unavailability of driver, an order I made at 10:30 was meant to be delivered at 13:30. This didn’t make any sense to me, I then decided to go to the shop to collect my own order. When I got to the shop, I had a conversation with the cashier who then told me that I couldn’t collect my order because it was set for delivery. I told them I had no problem with the money being deducted for delivery.

I called the MrD consultants who even asked them (Chicken Licken) to give me the food because I have the right to collect my own food. The manager did not even bother to come and try to resolve the issue with me, she just let the cashier talk to me (unprofessional). By the time the food got to me, it was cold. The drink was hot and the toasted bread was stale and cold.
