Worst Customer Experience @ Chicken Licken Booysen

On the 30th June I had the worst experience at the chicken Licken Booysen branch (opposite Nedbank), I order 3 Rock my Soul meals and requested that the centre breast should not be included. Upon receiving my order 2 of my meals have Side breasts only, each box had 3 Side breast, the other 1 had Side breast, wing and drumsticks. By the time I noticed this I was on the freeway already and had to turn back to dispute this. REALLY who would only eat Side breast only and I doubt this is the standard packaging for Chicken Licken meals, when I arrived I told the lady to please change my meal and the lady at the kitchen was just having an attitude. I then wait 15min to get my meal and at this point I can see they punishing me for knowing my rights as a customer. I get the meals and upon checking the meals they have now included the very centre breast that I said I didn't want plus meat that was **********. See pic attached. And The attitude was just terrible when I said why include the centre breast, the lady told me \ITS ALSO MEAT YOU CAN EAT"";this is my money and I had to throw away that piece and didn't eat the ripped meat.<br> <br> This is the worst service ever """
