Worst Bad experience at chicken Licken The Zonee

Chicken Licken in Rosebank has the worst service, from entering the store we were assisted by a rude cashier after placing our order we collected and left the store as we were on lunch. We got to the offices and opened the box of Party 16 wings and were shocked to see that we were given the smallest wings that didn't even look like 16 wings. We called the store and spoke to the manager who told us to walk back to the store with our till slip so they can change the wings. I told the manager that I was on lunch and that I can't return to the store, the store manager said there is nothing she can do. She told me that she is not a packer but a manager and that I should ask my boss or my colleague to return the order for me
