worms in the chicken

i bought chicken from one of your stores in Ferndale on Republic and it had worms I went to the store after my disgusting experience of eating worms and to my shock the manager and the store owner refuse to attend to my complain. May i know why you would make us eat worms. I reported the matter to Food safety Inspectors and they confirm my complain. the Randburg health department visited the store and took the sample of the chicken i bought and then indeed confirmed the worms, i did send this report to chicken licken complaint line with little help, the owner of the store called me and said everything in his store is fine despite the department of health repot, they still have not refunded me my money i bought the food i could not eat nor did i receive any sympathy from store owner on my bad experience instead he was very arrogant
