Wings filled with feathers and Horrible Service

Last Saturday I went to the Chicken Licken, the one situated next to the Golden Highway and N1 highway, I was informed that it's the Devlin branch.<br> <br> I bought 6 wings and upon opening the pack I realized that they all had several feathers in them. When I returned these the manager Thulani promptly apologized and requested that I wait 5min for replacement wings, which I didn't mind doing since he was polite and sincere.<br> <br> Thulani then instructed the waiters to replace the wings for me. After about 20 mins of waiting I realized that the ladies packing the wings had completed my replacement wings and asked the lady doing the actual handing over of the wings to give me the wings since I had been waiting for a while; which she ignored them and continued to serve other people that came after me.<br> <br> When I then tried reaching out to her, to merely hand over the wings so that i could be on my way, this lady by the name of Lulekwa Sokhotho then had the audacity to shout at me and tell me to wait my turn. This was by far the rudest and undeserved behaviour I have ever had from any fast food outlet.<br> <br> This is not acceptable and Chicken Licken needs to improve quality of their food. It's terrible!
