Why take my money when you know that you're not good it....?

I placed an order at 7:59pm only to receive my order at approximately 8:30pm....My order was just 9 pieces of chicken and a kiddies meal and an ice cream, I don't know why it took this long when almost everyone in line is ordering and getting their burgers and I have to get an ice cold kids meal which I have to go and prewarm for my son to eat after waiting for 30min! What bothered me the most is that no one even cared if I was attended to or not, now because they have my money no cared anymore..... Why?
