Why must I pay R6 more

Good morning,I have a bad customer service item to report. . Today on 12 November 2021 at 11:09 shift1 served by Nomava Germiston2 at webber Street next to spar. I bought soul sister party4 ,on collection I saw how relaxed the workers are with orders hanging on the counter not calling customers to come fetch their others not. I asked for a chilies sachets. They said I must pay R6 for two sachets but to me I am concerned buying a R67.90 meal I must pay more seperatr for chillies sachets ?
