when you get hit with anothher customers meal by the waitress

<p>chicken licken store at johannesburg mtn taxi rank.I ordered a hot wing snack and asked for source ....got my meal checked it and the source was not there as i had thought luckily i checked before i left,i then went back at the lady who was calling the orders to inform her that there was a mistake done and could she please check for me as i could not go back to the lady i ordred from cause there was a que i told her i paid for source but there wasnt any she told me shes not the one who did my order and i should go back to the line and re-order i told her theres no way im going back to the line i jus need my source i can pay for it again since its not on the receipt even tho i gave out enough money and it shows on the receipt aswell ...she argued and told me shes not going to help as her colleagues in the kitchen joined in shouting that i dnt have money and she must just leave me alone.another lady came and took my money and gave me the source she didnt even bother to check my receipt while her colleague is screaming at me and joking about me i get my sources im arguing with her shes throwing comments in my face now im angry i throw the sources back to her and shes busy packing a meal and she throws/waves the food at me...i left with a smile because i no she did that because she in her head thinks cause im black and the chicken licken im purchasing at is in johannesburg she wont have to worry cause i wont report her bad service..i would like this lady dealt with i am trully not happy and i would like some feedback because this clearly there is no manager there as they are so free to a point that they threaten the customers and want to hit they customers.i no she thinks i wont report cause not so many black people understand what good customer service is we are so used to the bad service thrown at us if we are noyt around a white area!!!!!!!!</p>
