When the Head is rotten...

I visited the Chicken Licken branch at Kenneth Kaunda Avenue at 11:33 on Sunday and requested for Hot,Fresh wings..and the sarcastic reply I was given from the front liner was 'We do not keep wings from the day before mam'... I would never expect any Chicken Licken outlet to still have (let alone,sell) product from the day before at midday and was immediately offended by the rude response. While the cashier was packing my order,the manager and herself held a conversation in venac ,clearly referring to my query and their decision to not assist me.. I felt embarrassed but took my meal which I have still not eaten as it's not what I wanted...it was not hot and fresh and both the cashier and manager agreed that they could not accomodate me... Could not or 'would not'?? I'm a regular patron of this branch...will not be supporting them anymore.
