When it rains

I was at the drive through of the one of your franchise in vosloorus, near gold spot, it was a rainy day, to my surprise they don't have shelter on the entrance where we suppose to order, my car got wet, I got wet, my electrical windows were affected, it's amazing how the shelter is on the other side where we collect and pay, please make provisions for that because the experience doesn't only affect me but every motorist.
