What’s the use of a fly through

What is there point of a fly through if you will still wait for the food. The shop is empty but everyone going via the fly trough in Kempton Park is told to wait by the side they will bring the food.. I have a lot of reasons not wanting to go into the shop. Time, firstly is the reason. But you wait for over 10 minutes to get your food. Not on at all
