What's gone wrong?

Out of all the chicken lickens we've eaten at, the one in Industria is our favourite. The staff are all friendly and a pleasant lot whenever we go there. Of late (this being the fourth time) the food has become so bad. If the chicken is not so salty that you need a dam of water to help swallow your food, then the chips are so raw, it's amazing that that the potatoes they originally were, aren't back in the ground. Last night was the highlight. We bought a family meal as well as a kiddies meal. While waiting 25 mins for our food, one of the customers Had already complained that the chicken wings he bought were stale. Without taking much notice, i got our food and left. When we got home, I was not surprised to find our chicken was what you could call burnt, the chips raw, but the worst was, they had given us rolls that were so stale that the yeast smell was so pungent we had to throw it away. Come on guys, we can't being paying money for your food, only for it to be thrown away, it's just not right, nor is the fact that your chef is just messing the food EVERYTIME we go there. It's become so disappointing, that we considering getting food elsewhere because of this.
