What a horrible experience I regret ever going there

Firstly my expectations were not met as the staff is rude..Customer service goes a long way what I got there is totally bad extremely bad even ...I stood there for more than 20 minutes while they were chatting and laughing only to get a bad meal too salty and burned...Chicken licken just lost a customer they need to do better
