Walked into chicken licken today at lunch time, the amount off time and service received was outstanding, for once I was properly greeted with a smile and serviced so professionally. I noticed this this was however done because a guy who seemingly was there to coach staff members and more who were in and out the shop.<br> I'd like to encourage that this type of attitude to be instilled and it will definitely create more happy customers.
