Waited for food for over 25 minutes

I went to Westgate Mall on the 16th of December 2015 and decided to buy food from Chicken Licken. When I ordered the food, I was not told that the cooked chicken is finished and that I will have to wait extra minutes. Instead my order was taken and I thought that I will get the food soon. While waiting, we went to seat in one of the tables so that we can eat there but we were told by one of the staff members that she wants to clean as it is about time for her to knock off, so we had to stand up and go wait for the food. Let us ignore her approach and the way she talked bad about the customers who ignored her and continued to sit down. As if that was not enough, I waited for the food for more than 25 minutes and when I asked the lady who was taking out orders about my order, she told me that the chicken is not yet cooked, that was shocking because I was not informed. If I knew I would I have went somewhere because I had hungry babies with me or would have given them a snack or something.
