Vorna valley Chicken Licken leadershipless!

Again Chicken Licken Vorna Valley takes the cup for incompetency! Waited 20 mins while they fiddled with my card and eventually came out with the truth that the speedpoints are not waorking because of network issues. This was at 9:00 pm Friday. No apology offered. Went to withdraw cash came back at 9:15 pm and they had closed the front doors and redirecting customers forcefully to use the drive through. Even though I had already placed my order and it was a matter of over the counter pick up. So I was stuck in the long drive through for yet another 20mins.

The fact the owners never respond when we post complaints on this forum is symptomatic of apathy, disregard, and utter disrespect for their customers.

Im appalled.
