For the second time, the drive-through staff in the Chicken Licken branch near the Home Affairs office has not packed what I bought. The first time I thought it was an honest error. The second time I confronted them, they laughed at me. This is a deliberate thing. I call the area manager and she dropped the phone. I will not be visiting this branch ever again.
