Very very very Bad Service

Yesterday on Saturday the 23rd November I went to Chicken licken in Soshanguve it was at 18:47 when I swapped my last card because I used 3cards.after minutes of buying I kept on going to check if my order was ready (Order number 1159)

I checked fourth times and it was not prepared until I asked for refund at 19:38pm.I very disappointed as I left my house sick and feeling dizy for a bad service that I received, basically I wasted my petrol and time.

And what frustrated me is that no one had the decency to apologize, the cashiers kept on saying that they always complain about the kitchen stuff because they prioritize the drive through clients.

Last week I went there to buy hot wings but they were not hot at all.Im very disappointed and slept with a broken heart because I didn't eat wasted my time, weak energy and petrol.
