very poor customer service

There has never been a day that I went to Chicken Licken in Soshanguve Plaza and receive a good service. This morning (26 March 2016) I bought 6 Hotwings, the cashier received my order from the kitchen and didn't even bother to call it out for me, insted she was busy entertaining a \male friend\" while I waited and waited. it was then just after their chat that my order was called out. I took what I paid for and left the store with words unsaid. When I got to the car, the chicken is watery, the coating not crispy at all, I had to throw it in the bin. I have been to many other branches and I've never experienced such. So disapointed!"
