very Late delivery and no update from supplier

Good day<br> <br> I ordered chicken licken ,at 12:37 pm , on the 07/01/2016 we called again there was no drivers details given then my office called again at 1:56 pm only to be advised the bike broke down .This is awful service as no one had called to inform me at all. I called again and asked for the managers cell number *** sifiso which goes to voicemail ,Cannot leave a message at all. what pathetic service !!!.<br> surely your staff needs to have better communication with customers .i am digusted with your service!!!
