very Disappointed and disgruntled

I am so disappointed with Chicken Licken at Maponya Mall, the chicken is so terrible, very salty, and they just throw it in the box like the customer does not matter. they did not even grant me the opportunity to choose my pieces, when I requested the type of pieces I would like to have the lady told me customers dont have such liberty. The store deserves a whoooooooooooooooooo!!! Shaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame!!!!
