Very Bad Service received

We ordered food last night @ 19:11 the lady told us that we'll be waiting 10 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked the lady again how long are they going to be and she rep**** another 6 minutes. After waiting an hour we received our order. No excuses or anything, they just handed our food over. We where not the only customers, another lady also complaint about the same problem. A gentleman came out and told her: Were waiting for the meat. This was the 1st time we bought from this shop and I will never again buy food from them. They don't have any customer service and that goes for the senior person also. I will be writing a report on Face book - Bad Service Middelburg. For a new shop like this and they give such bad service, don't think they will last very long. I will tell all my friends and family they shouldn't support them and about the bad experience we had. I do hope someone will contact me regard this matter.
