Very bad service from chicken licken dlamini

"I went into Chicken Lickin' Dhlamini and bought a 'Feed My Craving' meal, which is supposed to include 10 wings and chips. However, when I got home, I found only 9 wings in the box. This is not the first time this has happened at this branch. I've previously purchased 16 wings and received 13 or 12 instead.

When I went to complain, the manager, Agnes, promised me a refund with my meal. But when I arrived at the store, she said she couldn't give me a refund if she was giving me a meal, and vice versa. I felt like my time was being wasted after I had already called them and explained the issue.

Given that I'm a regular customer and had a valid complaint, I expected a complimentary meal as a gesture of goodwill. Instead, I was given my wings without a refund. The experience was made worse by the fact that Agnes **** to me over the phone. To add insult to injury, they even called an Uber to take me back, which I found unnecessary. The whole experience has been horrible."
