Very bad service for asking the straw!

<p>I went to Chicken Licken Kwagga Mall in Pretoria with my mother and we bought our lucnhies as we normally eat at Chicken Licken. I went in with my Aloe vera drink as I dont drink soft drinks like coke, fanta etc. I went to order with my Aloe drink on my hand and there was no problem. We sat and ate, I stood up to ask for the straw the very same guy that i ordered from him refused to give me a straw( his name is Zimba or Simba) I asked him that you served me seeing that I am having Aloe drink on my hand why you didnt tell me not to buy. He was so rude to me in front of customers refusing to give me a straw!!! I will never forget that Zimba guy with his attitude and I dont think I will go to Chicken Licken anytime soon.</p>
