Very bad service

I went into chicken licken sangweni, were i was given baby chicken wings, wings so tiny i cant even give to my 3year old baby,, i return to query but only for the manager to insult me by giving me cold, dry n huge pieces, no thigh, no wing, no drumstick, just huge dry big pieces,
