Very bad service

I have received bad service at vicks viking chicken licken store again. This time it was worse. The chicken skin on the two pieces of rock my soul were not there and one piece was bitten. At 20:06 I had to drive back to the store to complain. When I got there I was assisted by the store manager called Lebohang who asked me if I did not eat the skin off the two pieces and took a bite off the other piece. I got very angry and asked him to refund me my R51.00 back as I did not even want the replacement meal. Why would I eat chicken skin and drive all the way back with petrol so expensive. I am very disappointed and furious as I type this email.
