Very bad custormer service..

A very bad experience i had...i orderd a burger..it took like 15 min to get my burger when i asked for refund because i had to go back from work they said they can not..when i asked for them to change it to chicken because it was already there they refused..the way the despacter responded to me she was rude saying the burger is done step by step..i left the slip there...so ****ed about their service.
