Very bad attitude I was charged twice and they refused to refund my money

I am so tired of the bad service that I am receiving from Chicken licken Vics Viking , I sent my kids to buy Rock my soul straight I was charged twice and when I went back to the store i found Thabang Mkhethoni who claims to be the manager of the store telling me there is nothing they can do they called FNB and FNB says they don't have a relationship with Tyme bank which is the bank card I used when purchased was made and the slip shows a different name not his name when I questioned him does he do purchases using someone else name which happened to be a woman that goes with the name Rito Sithole he said the till was open which doesn't make sense to me how can you take orders using someone else's name? They took advantage of my kids because they saw that they are young now he tells me I must come back if my money is not reversed so now I must run around for something that was done purposely? I want my money back and I am going to expose them straight away this is theft first it was Rose bank chicken licken with a wrong order and meat that wasn't well cooked now this and I was told they will call of which they never did the service and attitude is horrible I am so disappointed with Chicken licken.
