Useless and terrible service

<p>I must say I am so disgusted by the service I received at your branch in dobsonville owned by Justice Nkawe. I received the worst service I have ever received at any take away place, I am ashamed and embarrassed. The lady who served me by the name of Masisi Zikhali should not be serving any customer because clearly she has no customer service experience and whats worse is that her supervisor did not acknowledge me (Elizabeth Motuba). If this is the kind of service offered by chicken licken then clearly this is a very arrogant and not customer oriented environment. The way I was so upset and disappointed, I had to end up using vulgar language to get my point across. I know for a fact I am never going to chicken licken again.</p>
