Unreliable service

<p>Today I ordered lunch for my team at 12:10 and we were told they have a few orders but will be able to deliver to us after an hour, then 2 hours went by and still no delivery, I phoned them at around 2 and we were promised the order is on its way and we still waited like the loyal customers we are but luch never arrived, so my team spent the whole day without food because of false promises and bad customer service,couldn't they be honest with us and say that they can't deliver?? Is this how chicken licken treats its loyal customers?? No more chicken licken for me or my close ones</p>
