Unprofessional worker

Good day, I am writing this complaint with a heavy heart. I have been treated very badly at Chicken Licken Dlamini drive through by a lady named Ntokozo. She’s spoke very rudely to me when her card machine couldn’t allow me to tap using my phone. Her remarks were very hurtful and she didn’t show any professionalism. It’s not the 1st time that i experience such at this very branch. I’m even scared to go back now
