Unprofessional Service

<br> I would like 2 express my disatisfaction with the way l was mistreated by the drive way teller & the Manager on duty @ the Rivonia branch.I came approximately 20h40 to buy chicken inn meal.The teller advised that they were only 4 pieces available & there was no way they could prepare the extra 5 pieces for me becoz they wanted 2 knock off duty.I then demand 2 speak 2 the Manager who was unhelpfully,which l am of opinion that she does not understand the concept of customer service-the fact that l arrived 20 minutes prior 2 closing,l feel my order should have been prepared,as l emphasized that l was prepared 2 wait 4 it.I think it is vital 2 understand that customer is king-without customers we can't exist.Is this the standard of service that this company prides itself with,as l find this unprofessional.To add injury 2 this,at one night l came 2 this branch & made it clear 2 the teller,that l wanted chilli free chicken inn & when l got home,the whole meal was full of chillies-for Christ sake,l had a 2 year old kid 2 feed with that meal & when l went back 5 minutes later,the shop was already closed,l had 2 dispose the meal.I enjoy your meal,but l am unhappy with your staff treatment.
