Unprofessional Behavior

<p>Im am very upset and disgusted at the service of Chicken Licken Arcadia in Pretoria. I arrived there with a friend at exactly 10:00 and we were surprised to see the staff going about their own business. It says on the trading time is 10:00 -21:00 on a sunday but we had to wait till 10:27 for the store to open. We did not even get an apology from them, they do not even wear name badges. How are customers supposed to address them. This is truly unacceptable, we are paying customers!!! Management needs to fix this!!!</p>
