Unprofessional and pathetic staff

On the morning of the 2nd of Feb 2020, I visited Chicken Licken in Dobsonville, on Elias Motsoaledin street in Soweto.

It was just around 1am and I was walking to my car, so I just decided to grab a quick meal as I was on my way home, so I walked over to the fly thru window as it was the only mode of service operating during that night. As I got there I tried to place an order, a rude lady by the name of Sphiwe Gida was operating the till and taking new orders. So as I was trying to talk to her, she dismissed me before I could even say my order, she got all rude and very impatient with me, she told me to step away from the window because she only takes orders from people in cars and I shouldn't waste her time. That got me so confused and very hurt, so that meant that I was never going to get food because i didn't have my car with me??? Better yet, how do I even get food because the walk-in entrance is closed so how am i supposed to buy food then??? I waited there for a few minutes hoping she'll change her mind, instead she just closed the window on my face and acted as if i wasn't even there. I then decided to leave but beacuse my girlfriend was really hungry and we had no other place to get food, we decided to go get the car and folow the queue and that time I was over what just happened. Upon my arrival at the her window, I find that there's a person standing right there, he was making a payment and the person is not even inside a car or something, the guy was literally standing on the exact spot I stood when I was told to walk away. So I decided to confront her and I even asked the guy if he was allowed to place an order and the guy said yes, that got me angry because I know I was treat like trash when I tried to buy. When I asked her why she allowed the guy to buy, she told me its because the guy is a manager from a nearby business, so that got me thinking, "oh chicken licken has special customers, they get preferential treatment from the likes of Sphiwe Gida...".

This got me so angry and very disrespected and I immediately decided that I'll make an official complaint about those events as I've realised that we as black people tend to give each other the worst treatments and dont even care of the after effects of our actions. Her attitude was truly poor and very unprofessional, she made look like a fool for no apparent reason but later went on to assist someone else because she knows the person.

I hope my complaint won't fall on deaf ears beacuse I have a video of her trying explaining her lousy excuse.
