<p>i called chicken licken hatfield to request a delivery ,they agreed and I placed my order ,two hours after placing my order I had to contact the store again for them to tell me that they have a new delivery guy of which doesnt know the routes of delivery and they where afraid he would get lost </p> <p> </p> <p>its frustration and totally unacceptable that i had to call chicken licken hatfield to check up on an order that was confirmed for them to tell me they cant deliver, they have been delivering since last year to our offices ,so they could not contact me and tell me they had a problem i had to call after 2 ***en hour of waiting for the food , why do they request for our cellphone numbers when delivering if they cant call to let us know they "cant deliver " </p> <p> </p> <p>totally unimpressed with the service I got </p>
