Unhappy customer

i was in one of your branches this evening in Maponya mall to be specific and the service was terrible but that’s not the reason I’m writing this complaint I ordered a rock my soul 3 with chips and I did not receive what I’ve ordered and paid for, therefore I’ll be coming to collect my refund on Monday 23/09/2024 I don’t want to argue or I’ll be escalating this matter further and the lady Is question is ncamekile daza
