Unhappy customer

We purchased 8 pieces of chicken from Chicken Licken sloane and drove all the from paulshof we and we got 6 pieces and when we got home we didn't even wait 10 min we got back In the car and drove back to Chicken Licken and we got to the shop and we told Lindi baloyi and instead of giving us a fresh meal cause the food is now cold she told us she will refund us and we said why refund us if we gna buy another meal again they refused to serve us we even asked under what consumer act or policy does it say when a customer complains you can not assist? And to think before we actually bought ,there were 3 people who complained about the customer service and Lindi Baloyi did not even seem interested...this lady calls her self a manager but has no management skills I'm so angry they refused to even serve us again we came around 5pm to Chicken Licken and left around 6 pm
