Unhappy customer

Chicken licken in Kwazulu natal, pietermaritzburg(cornor boshof and church street). Service recieved was pathetic, and part of staff was rude, and i recieved no apology. Branch was not busy, for me to have waited for so long. I won't go into detail, but their need to shape up, know the importance of customer service.
