undercooked chicken tasteless chicken burgers

i bought 3 meals at 18.02 order number was 2068 the 2 big john top deluxwere tasteless chips ok feed my craving 10 piece over fried chicken tips drum pieces 2of which were under cooked still pink at bone i told the staff i wanted properly prepared chicken nobody in this branch seems to be in control the chicken wings were so krispy it was dried out same problem as as i had first time my chips were brown tasted burnt the staff are still not trained and wear hats turned up like gangsters and it is a put off please train your staff or put propper managers in charge on saterday there was a manager Cathy i got perfect wings took a chance today and it was a let down qauility control is a problem and staff dress.
