Uncooked chicken

On 23 December I visisted Chicken Licken Gezina drive through and bought x1 Soulmates classic party and x1 Fam Full House 6. Upon opening the Fam Full house I was very disappointed, the Pieces of chicken looked odd, it was under cooked. I could not take drive back to return the meat because it was late and my kids were very hungry. I took a pic and attempted to call Chicken Licken Gezina on *** to make a complain but the line got cut off while explaining my dilemma. I tried calling back twice and the phone went unanswered there after. I have also attempted to call the customer care on +27 (81) *** without any success.
