UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Morning

I trust that you are well.

I write this letter to you in good faith that you will address my concern and that going forward customer service is not compromised at the below mentioned franchise.

On Sunday, 17th July 2016, 18h00, I visited the Chicken Licken Franchise at the Phoenix Plaza and as always the Franchise was busy. I placed my order, Order No 20055 and awaited my order patiently. I waited about 30 minutes before I approached a gentleman by the name of Anesh Maharaj and inquired about the delay as the warmer was full of chicken pieces and couldn't understand why I had to wait. He then advised me that they work according to numbers. I respected the gentleman's response and waited. Eventually I see customers that have ordered after me being given there orders before me. I was frustrated and upset and went back to the gentleman and asked him what is going on ? He then checks with staff at the back and they cant seem to find my order. No big deal right ? Apologies and pack my order and i'l be happy. You still decide to take your own sweet time and 45 minutes are now going waiting for my supper on a Sunday afternoon. I then asked the gentleman to refund me my money. My concern here is that I did not just wait and let them forget ,my order and followed up on my order and you forget. Surely you can remember me following up on my order and yet you still give customers after me there orders right in front of my eyes. *** !!!!!!!!!! Why make a customer wait when you have enough of the items in your warmer. Give them the **** food and let them go instead of creating unnecessary lines outside your Franchise. I'm truly ****ed of with the Franchise. Time is precious. Don't waste ones time. I want this matter addressed and I want a written apology and an explanation why my order was lost. Thanks to the Franchise I did not have supper because I was ****ed off.

Kind regards
Ryan Atchanna
