Umphakathi mall again...

I've never really had a problem with chicken licken but had an incident this past weekend, tried to reach out to them as well as provide slips, but got no response, however I do hope they will attend to the matter before it becomes a bigger problem.

I am writing to make a formal complaint about my recent experience at the Chicken Licken store at Umphakathi mall. Yesterday, my family and I went there to buy a meal, but I was surprised to find out that I could not upgrade my order. When I asked the lady behind the counter to make a larger order, she said it was not allowed.

Despite her response, I went ahead and accepted the order. Unfortunately, all the wings served were the smaller portions(the winglet's) and this has caused considerable dissatisfaction among my family.

As a regular customer of Chicken Licken at the Randfontien outlet, I believe that it is essential that your stores consistently offer high quality customer service and products, as I know that you pride yourself in delivering quality service.

I humbly request that this matter be addressed, as it has the potential to create bigger issues in the long run, both for the franchise and customers.

I look forward to your prompt reply, kindly find attached receipt.
