Uber eats & Chicken Licken Beyers Naude double payment

Hi

I placed a chicken licken order on Friday 9 Feb and selected card payment...my order arrived 50 minutes later but the payment did not reflect I had to pay the driver cash...on Monday 12 Feb the payment went off .I have logged this with Uber eats for a refund which they are refusing to provide as they are advising this should have been reported within 48hours however the payment only went off later I further asked for a further escalation as this is unacceptable that I should just let it be and pay double and still no details are provided to me and I still get a response telling me once again I cannot get a refund . I demand this is corrected as the order was paid for twice
