Trading hours and service

Today i got to the shop at around 21:40 to get some meat but when i got there, the door was already closed and the ladies inside just looked at me as if i was lost and didn't attend to me and as for their trading hours are 08:00-22:00. And that turned me off as a customer. The store is at Kempton Park at Kempton Road.
