Too much salt on our chicken

Chicken Licken is one of my favourite Fast Food but now my problem is too much salt on the chicken. According to research It is estimated that we need about 500 mg of sodium daily for our vital functions (nerve impulses, contract and relax muscles, and maintain the proper balance of water and minerals). But too much sodium in the diet can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. It can also cause calcium losses, some of which may be pulled from bone. Please reduce too much salt in our meat.
