This stores staff are out of line!!!! Never Again

Chicken Licken needs to train their staff accordingly because the service I got there just a few hours today was disgusting to say the least. Every single day myself and a colleague go to Chicken Licken on Booysens road to buy my boss (The MD of our company) his lunch. Today we get to the drive thru speaker, she says hello 3 times and no answer, she tries again and still nothing so like all the other cars we move towards the drive thru window. When we get there, and this is the part that kills me, the lady denies that she didn't speak on her speaker, point blank refuses to take our order and when we refuse to move they call security to get us off the premises. How is this customer service???? Especially when we are purchasing from this store everyday and what's worse it's for one of the top bosses in our company. And then security is used to threaten us? Terribly disgusting service and we will NEVER again buy from this or any other Chicken Licken store, I have notified my boss as well and his meal of more than R100 will rather support another take away franchise.
