The worst customer service ever

I had the worst experience of my life at the Chicken Licken in Park Station on Thursday 20 October. My friend and i decided to buy the hot wings meal 8, with breakfast punch as our juice and achaar and soul-slaw for our sides, we then requested that our toast should not have butter on it should be just plain toast as i don’t eat buttered bread. The cashier who was assisting us informed that they don't make unbuttered bread. So i requested to speak to the manager to find out why. She went to the back to call him, he came out guns blazing figuratively speaking and shouting at the top of his voice and telling me that they don’t do that in that chicken Licken and we should order another meal or buy bread separately. I informed him to calm down and speak to me properly, he said he was calm. I then asked him why we couldn't have unbuttered toast he told me they don't do that at chicken Licken, we informed him at other Chicken Licken's we get plain unbuttered toast. He seemed to disagree with our statements and he said it’s not allowed he will send the inspectors there, they are not allowed to mess with the recipe; i don’t understand how that is possible as its butter on bread. I then asked for his name i think he said his name was Jacob, i asked for the head office number, he said it’s on a board and showed it to me, i then asked him to write it down for me as i did not have a phone with me. He refused and said the board is available for me to see with my eyes and not for him to write it down for me. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and he did not address me like a customer at all or apologise for the inconvenience. I wonder where Chicken Licken found such an individual to be a manager it baffles me really. I have never experienced such appalling service in my life or spoken to in such a manner. As i couldn’t sit there to enjoy my meal because i was so upset, we took a take away and when i got to work the chips were like 7 in there and they were soggy and brown as if they were cooked in old cooking oil. The soul-slaw was just as disappointing it was so dry it lacked herbs and when i tried to mix it up to try and cover the cabbage with the salad cream or mayonnaise, it seemed like the salad cream or mayonnaise was diluted in water it was so watery and it didn’t taste much of anything. Please assist and do something about that manager he needs customer etiquette. You need to explain to me why i can’t get bread that is not buttered.
