The staff at chicken licken Atlas Road needs to wake up.

Chicken Licken Atlas Road! This complaint is directed at the staff and not the owners. When we buy chicken we noticed that sometimes it's very dry and sometimes it's nice and fresh. We came to a conclusion that when the chicken is left for a while on the warmer it gets cold and very dry. I told my husband that when he orders he should explain to them that we want freshly fried chicken, not from the warmer and he didn't mind the wait, he explained to them a few times and got freshly fried chicken that we enjoyed. Yesterday we went and ordered, we explained that the chicken must be freshly fried, the cashier told us that we should wait 15 minutes which we didn't mind and waited. We got the order and went home, the chicken was cold and dry, they did not give us freshly fried chicken that we asked for. My question is, do they honestly think we are dumb and wouldn't realize? Please wake up and do not try and fool people, my family and I are so disappointed and put off with chicken licken.
